Lendal Paddles

It's a while i'm considering to buy a new paddle. I'm using greenland paddles from Avatak (www.avatakpagaie.com) since few years and i think they are the best greenlands paddles money can buy. However i'm considering to buy even a modern carbon paddle, originaly i was for the Werner Ikelos, Werner i a very well known brand and my kayaking Iddol uses a Werner Ikelos (Chriss Duff!!!) However recently i considered more seriously the Lendal Kinetik. I will keep you updated about mu search, but if in the meantime someone of you knows where to buy one of this paddle online and would, like to share this information i would gratly appreciate it.

Hello Maurizio,

Try Rutabaga in the USA. The currency exchange should made for the customs taxes.
There are several dealers in the Uk. Knoydart, Brookbank Canoes or Desperate Measures spring to mind...
Good luck!

Ciao Maurizio
Ciao

Hi Maurizio,
Thanks for the gloves tip on Simon's blog. I'm always searching for a better option for Lake Superior. Two carbon fiber greenland paddle makers in this area. Novorca (Freyda Hoffmeister has one and discusses them in a post) and Superior Kayaks, which offers a two piece with a Lendal Lock.
Northern Italy is on my paddling short list!

Guys i thank you all very much for your replies!
Wenley: you know you are responsible for this paddle ;-). Thank you very much for your precious informations!
Doveo: i can just recommend you, Glacier Gloves. As i wrote you they are the best kayaking gloves i have found till now. I red about the carbon greenland paddles of Freya and company, but Niko from Avatak Pagaie is a friend and one of the very few people that has ever helped me in kayaking, i have already sworn my etern loyalty to his paddles... so... ;-)
Deveo, if you are planning something in north of Italy let me know! I live in Como and i know quite well the lakes around here ;-)
Bye to all and thank you for the info and the comments!
